Research objective: to understand how the processes of co-production in the Regulatory Framework for Civil SocietyOrganizations (MROSC) implementation is influenced by the State-society organizational dynamics, given by the interactionbetween different institutional logics.
Theoretical framework: the research theoretical referencies are the literatures on institutional logics and co-production of goods, services and public policies.Methodology: collective instrumental case study of the Councils of Fostering and Collaboration (CONFOCOs) of BeloHorizonte and Bahia, based on semi-structured interviews, direct observation and document analysis, operationalized throughcontent analysis.
Results: certain sets of processes in the implementation of the MROSC within CONFOCOs are coproduced in the two casesstudied, but they are distinct in each case. ?ere is a strong presence of state and community institutional logics in the field, andthe different ways in which they relate produce distinct coproduced results.Originality: application of neoinstitutional theory in a study on co-production to explain the variations of the results co-producedin a given process.Theoretical and practical contributions: State-society organizational dynamics can be explained, among other factors, by theinteractions between institutional logics. These interactions, when established in the scope of the CONFOCOs, influence theresults that are co-produced in them.
