APLLIED CORPORATE GOVERNANCE IN BRAZILIAN PUBLIC SECTOR

In this article we aim at analyzing the reasons and the reasons for the adaptation and transfer of experiences from corporate governance for the Brazilian public sector.We seek to analyze, from the literature and reports, the motivations that led to the adaptation and transfer of experiences from corporate governance for the public sector. The results of analysis of the motivations that led to the design and implementation of corporate governance in the public sector are related to the serious difficulties that the government has to give effect to their actions, which are often slow and inflexible, which reflects the quality ofWe argue, finally, that the main challenge to be overcome by the Brazilian government in partnership with the private sector and third sector is consolidating and institutionalizing the process of governance in that country.
