A COOPERATIVE PRISMA IN THE FOCUS OF MANAGEMENT AND ADMINISTRATIVE APPROACHES: A CASE STUDY IN A FINANCIAL INSTITUTION

This study seeks a scientific approach to the desktop, linking theory with practice, because through this, we can form a concrete basis for managers to achieve the projected outcome. The objective of this research was to observe and analyze the administrative sector and credit assistance to a financial cooperative, therefore, developed the study in the Prisma Cooperative. The type of research employed, uses the descriptive research; on the procedure used for the description of the study, we used the literature procedure, in addressing the problem, we used qualitative research as a technique for data collection was a semi-structured interview, conducted in the areas of credit and call the Cooperative Prisma. After the search, we identified issues that stand in the administrative sector and credit assistance from the Cooperative Prisma, contributing to the scientific and professional about the issue.
