Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the characteristics of the scientific literature, both nationally and internationally, on the topic of performance evaluation in public University Administration. This is exploratory-descriptive research uses primary and secondary data, addressing the problem of quantitative form. Systematic process was used to select relevant articles and representative of national and international literature, aligned to the research topic, which identified the highlights in terms of articles, journals, authors, keywords, articles and bibliographic references portfolio. Differentiates itself by the use of systematic process of searching for articles, national and international literature review found, and of the references of the papers.
