It was carried out a biological assay with the purpose to determine the amino acids true digestibility coefficient and the digestible amino acids values the nine feeds: deactivated whole soybean with shuck, deactivated whole soybean with no shuck, soy protein concentrate 1, soy protein concentrate 2, semi-whole extruded soybean meal, soybean meal 1, soybean meal 2, soybean meal 3 and wheat gluten. 360 chicken broilers were used, aged from 25 to 30 days old, distributed in a completely randomized design with 10 treatments and six repetitions with six birds per experimental unit. The birds underwent an adaptation period to the experimental diets, being one protein free (PFD) and nine PDF with an addition of the tested meals replacing the starch. After the adaptation period all the birds in each repetition were abated for collection of intestine terminal ileum portion. The average true amino acids digestibility coefficient of essential and non essential were respectively: 86,46% e 88,94% for the deactivated whole soybean with shuck; 90,63% e 91,28% for the whole deactivated soybean with no shuck; 95,21% e 94,22% for the soy protein concentrate 1; 94,82% e 94,90% for the soy protein concentrate 2; 87,38% e 87,24% for the semi-whole extruded soybean meal; 94,78% e 91,28% for the soybean meal 1; 92,39% e 90,68% for the soybean meal 2; 93,84% e 90,68% for the soybean meal 3; 85,94% e 82,81% for the wheat gluten.Downloads
