THE LEVEL OF DELINQUENCY IN PRONAF LAYING LAND REFORM OF IBITIÚVA OF THE MUNICIPALITY PITANGUEIRAS - SP

Abstract

The government incentive plans through agricultural subsidy policies have as one of its features the strengthening of family agriculture. Besides this, corroborate the accounting indicators, in turn, guarantee the food security of persons employed in rural and urban areas, through the production of food ponderable costs. However, the agricultural sector has default risks as any other activity. In turn, the National Program for Strengthening Family Agriculture, the PRONAF, is an important mechanism available to family farmers. Thus, the objective of this study was to analyze the degree of indebtedness of 38 settlers Settlement of Rural Ibitiúva by lending the PRONAF and the reasons that led them to not settle their obligations with financial institutions, seeking to understand what are the factors that are associated with this context. The method used was descriptive, whose procedure for data collection is structured in the art of case study approach with qualitative and quantitative data. The study found that 51% of the settlers are delinquent, one of the most important factors, the financial disarray caused by the lack of management in the properties.
