Conflict management as purpose of legal education

Attorneys work daily with situations that involve skills in conflict management. In any juridical expertise will demand good communication, emotional intelligence, capacity of teamwork, creativity, and agility in conflict solving. These abilities require differentiated stimulus during the teaching-learning process and embrace a legal development, more sensitive to internal issues and personal particulates. Therefore, in order for the attorney to find out its skills during the academic journey, it`s essential that exceed the juridic technical teaching and reach human and social demands located in between the lines of education, preparing it, thus, to the challenges in the exercise of the legal profession.This reflection mirrors the necessity of alterations at the juridical education shows that its aim should be oriented not just to the knowledge of the law, but also about the individual and matters that surround it. The methodology used in this present paper is analytical and critic.
