One of the themes that has been extensively studied and analyzed in undergraduate courses is the professional situation of graduates. In regards to the executive secretarial courses, at the national level, there is little research on the issue of graduates' employability. Therefore, this work aims to verify the impact of the Executive Secretariat Course from IFMT on the employability of its graduates. The study is classified as descriptive and exploratory. Qualitative, quantitative research and documentary analysis were used, in addition to the application of a questionnaire via Google forms to the 166 graduates of the course between the years 2013/1 to 2020/2. With the results it was possible to conclude that the course generates high employability for students, both in the secretariat and in related areas.
