This study aimed to analyze the relationship between the observable characteristics of civil servants linked to justice and the intention of turnover. To this end, a questionnaire was applied to 449 professional servants of the Attorney General's Office of Brazil. The data were treated using the multiple regression technique with stepwise procedures for cleaning the general equation. The analysis of the data presents several relevant indications, in addition to the main results, among which it is that women have less intention to turnover, as well as the longest-serving and highest-paid servants. Different from expected, it was not possible to confirm the hypothesis that employees who work longer in the organization are less likely to leave the organization, in addition to the fact that the effects of the model's control variables were not statistically confirmed, being they type of bond and partially the type of activities.
