This study reports development of a computer program to help design models of Indian and Chinese biodigesters. The program was developed in Java programming language, based on analysis of calculation´s flow charts that give details of procedures for each model. To calculate the biodigester, the user enters the required values in different screens, considering the peculiarities of each biodigester. After processing, the results are presented as a summary or as a complete descriptive report. The software is characterized by interactive interface using the Nielsen’s heuristics and fast processing, that facilitates its use by professionals involved in designing biodigesters.Downloads
