The objective of this study was to develop, build and validate a laser profiler to measure mobilized and high soil areas, average thickness of the mobilized layer and the soil blistering obtained the result of the work of different implements and / or machines. A rectangular frame was constructed of 1500 mm by 3000 mm, with rectangular tubes for reading stand holder. This moves millimeter in the x and y coordinates, to reference the position of the laser sensor, which gets the z coordinate. For laser profiler validation, we compared the measurement variables with the profiler traditionally used in research, consisting of parallel strips positioned bracket with equidistant drilling along its length through which slide rods perpendicular to the length of parallel rules . The measurement variables were not statistically significant when compared with the parameters collected by different perfilômetros. In conclusion, the use of the profiler proposed in this work, showed the greater flexibility in the collection, data acquisition and storage, and does not modify the structure of the profile analyzed because it is a laser scanning method without contact the sample.Downloads
